Terms & Conditions

  • All prices listed on the trade price list are excluding standard 20% VAT
  • Every order is subject to a delivery charge which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
  • Full payment of an invoice will need to be made before the items are dispatched.
  • Lead times for deliveries are 2-3 working days. We use a courier service for all deliveries and there can sometimes be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Should there be any delays with a delivery, we aim to let any affected customers know ASAP after we are notified by the couriers. In the rare occurrence of a delay, we are not responsible for any loss of earnings if someone has stayed at home to wait for an item to arrive. We never recommend booking a fitting for the day of delivery; we are not responsible for the installer's time/fee if the stove does not arrive on the advised date.
  • When delivering an order of multiple stoves, the items are stacked on top of each other on a pallet and the height can be up to 2.2 metres. If you do not have the means to accept and unload a delivery this large, please make us aware so that the delivery can be packed on multiple pallets. A surcharge for use of more than one pallet will apply.
  • All stoves listed on our trade price list are subject to availability.
  • When listing and selling our products, please use our model names as stated on the trade price list i.e Ecosy Ottawa 5kw or Ecosy Panoramic. We do not allow the stoves to be re-branded under any other name.
  • Our images of our stoves can be used when advertising the products on your own site
  • We do not allow stoves to be sold onto another HETAS installer stove seller.
  • We do not allow the range to be sold online through any ecommerce platform apart from Stove World UK Limited. 
  • All our stoves come with a manufacturer guarantee. Any guarantee claims that should be made by your customer would have to go through your company and then you would liaise with us
  • Should a fault occur, we are responsible for the stove only and will not cover the cost of installation fees
  • Distance selling regulations apply
  • We reserve the right to change price list without warning. 
  • Our trade price list is aimed at companies who want to push and promote the Ecosy range. We do review the accounts and if deemed inactive or order levels too low, we may look at suspending the discount or reducing the level offered.
