StoveWorld and this fire were recommended by our installer who only installs and does not sell stoves.
Firstly StoveWorlds website is easy to navigate, stove was dispatched and delivered as promised, excellent packaging and courier delivered to our doorstep as promised. Beware this stove is heavy, luckily had some strong help on the day and placed in lounge ready for fitting.
Stove looks nice and works well, easy to light simple adjustment and glass keeps clean, the air wash down the glass is excellent as demonstrated by our installers smoke test. There is a video on the website where the reviewer makes some query about the door handle, we went for the standard option, it is smooth and easy to operate so not sure what that’s about. At this price point coupled with a seven year warranty I think it would be difficult to better, shame you don’t get two gloves!
In conclusion I would thoroughly recommend both the stove and seller.

Bought May 2024. Looks great (with optional brass handle) in old fireplace.
Super easy to light, admittedly using a wood wool.
Super easy to control. One knob does it all. Move it in (/...out) half an inch and the fire slows (/...accelerates) within a couple of seconds.
Slight smell of paint curing during first few burns. Best to light a few candles nearby.
With the handle positioned to the outside, the end of it stays cool enough to touch and use with the stovepipe exterior at up to 130-140 deg C. Any hotter, and i reach for the glove.(Stoveworld - i would love to roadtest a stay-cool brass handle)
Large window, shows the flames to great effect. Glass stays clean.
No discernible increase in pollutants in room (pm2.5 etc), it seems to be a contender for best in class.
We can hear the wood crackling and the flames / air rush as the fire burns. I hadnt expected that in such an airtight stove.
Overall: we are charmed and delighted. And cosy.

I bought the Ecosy Hampton 5XL stove to replace an old stove that had seen better days. The difference in efficiency is astonishing. No more battling to get the fire going properly, and the heat that this stove throws out is unbelievable. So much warmer than our old stove, even though the official kW rating is considerably lower. It’s also very attractive - pay the extra for the brass handle, which makes a big difference to the look. Most importantly, our dog loves it!

So pleased with our new log burner, better than I’d hoped it would be. Looks great and gives out brilliant heat. Much more economical than our old one. Delivered promptly, thank you Stoveworld!

This is the second wood burning stove from Stove World and I have found the product and customer service to be excellent. The telephone staff are knowledgeable and most helpful.
