This stove is everything we hoped it would be. We read the reviews and did our research, and decided to take the plunge, and are very glad we did. It replaces a 20 year old TIGER stove, which barely heated our very large lounge, and produced a lot of smoke every time we opened it to refuel.
The Ottawa MF12 is actually a little smaller than our 5kw Tiger stove. Fitting git was quick and easy, and it pumps out tons of heat, we use a Thord of the logs we were using, and looks amazing. The large glass door is just stunning and makes the fireplace a magnet to look at.
Couldn't recommend enough.

Really like the stove great for the size. Burns well and easy to start up.
Customer service at Stoveworld really good and gave good information upon request.
Only downside was the delivery person who didn’t really speak and spent entire delivery on the phone. Totally disinterested!
