I purchased this stove to replace an old and tired stove I have had for 25 years. It was promptly delivered and easy to install. The only slight disappointment was that there were no instructions on how to access the alternative outlet port (although it was easy enough to figure out) or the role of the different controls (again can be figured out). I also bought the wood store which was of similar quality but was missing the construction bolts needed to put it together; nothing a trip to B&Q could not fix. The stove works really well and is so much more efficient.
